Partnership Transform Data International

Transform Data International (TDI), provider of matter management solutions for corporate legal departments has announced a partnership with Legal Manager Services (LMS), expert in the area of legal process management. The partnership will focus on legal management solutions on top of SharePoint in the Microsoft Office 365 platform.

More and more companies outsource part of the legal work, such as contract review or corporate housekeeping, to legal service providers like LMS. However, most companies struggle to implement an efficient and secure workflow to share and manage confidential information with their service providers. The common practice is to send the information via email without using any security or integration with the internal information systems of the company.

Since most corporate legal departments either adopted Microsoft Office 365 as their corporate standard or will do so in the future, LMS decided to partner with TDI for a set of standard legal process management tools on top of this platform. The set of tools automatically integrates with Microsoft SharePoint, Power BI, and Outlook. This integration avoids duplication of data and offers maximum security and control for the company.

TDI currently offers two different tools:

1. Legal Exchange – an integration in Outlook which allows users to easily share information at any time from any device with their legal service providers. In the background, Microsoft SharePoint ensures maximum security without compromising the friendly user-interface.

2. Custodian for Legal – a full matter management solution on top of Office 365 and SharePoint. The implementation embeds the use of external service providers completely within internal matters and processes. This implementation ensures that the outsourced services are experienced as if they are performed in the room next door.
